职位描述：
本职位为管理培训生，招聘2017年毕业本科或者研究生学历学生。
Main task:
1. S&OP process
a) Follow defined S&OP process, do rough cut raw material plan according to Master Production Schedule and confirm before S&OP meeting
b) Join monthly S&OP meeting, cooperate with SBU managers to find solutions for better inventory level
2. Order processing &Production coordination
a) Consolidate requirements to minimize the total cost of acquisition.
b) Place purchase requisition for raw materials, track raw material arrival timing to ensure production plan be fulfilled.
c) Handle bonded handbook planning and bonded RM procurement to optimize export OMP cost.
3. Inventory Control
a) Calculate optimized RM inventory level with consideration on service level and safety stock.
b) Manage inventory in areas, shelf life control, aging stock control, stock discrepancy investigation and follow-ups.
4. Master data
a) Maintain SAP master data required to support RM planning processes (Planned Delivery Lead Time, MOQ, safety stock, etc.).
b) Article number application together with PM for newly launched products.
5. KPI report
Manage monthly supply chain KPI report: DIV, stock aging, delivery performance, Forecast Accuracy, production plan change rate, etc.

 

Job qualification:

Bachelor degree or above, supply chain, logistics, chemical engineer or English related majors;

Good knowledge for supply chain (material purchasing, warehouse management, logistics management, etc.);

Good communication and cross function cooperation;

Good command of written and spoken English is essential;
