Sandvik Mining in Xi’an is seeking for
Sales Engineer for Under Ground Coal
Sandvik Mining, a leading global supplier of equipment and tools, service and
technical solutions for the mining industry. The offering covers rock drilling, rock cutting, rock crushing, loading and hauling and materials handling. In 2012 sales amounted to about 37,800 MSEK, with approximately 14,000 employees.
Job Purpose:
·Drive sales for a given Product Line by bringing the best of Sandvik’s offering to meet a given customer need and meet BA mining profitability targets. Promote TCO approach to drive customer value.
Key Performance Area:
·Responsible for achievement of budgeted revenue.
·Responsible for price quality in line with Sandvik’s processes and rules.
·Develop sales opportunities for Sandvik product lines within the defined territory or set of customers.
·Standard Order (options already existing in Sales Tools): Define Sandvik Offering using standard specification sheet.
·Develop a Sales plan for designated territory or set of customers.
·Ensure Customer is in compliance with Sandvik terms and conditions of sale.
·Liaise between Customers and Sandvik to ensure all issues are settled in a timely manner.
·Provide the Company with regular status reports on business activities, opportunity development and overall satisfaction of the Customers base (CRM).
·Work as part of the account management team for local or global accounts to identify customer sales opportunities.
·Ensure CRM/ sales Tools is up to date with valid cases and customer visit reports.
·Create Sales Tools Case.
·Update Sales Tools to won / loss status.
Your profile:
·University degrees or above.
·5-10 years relevant working experience.
·Good contact and knowledge in the industry:
> Contact with customers
> Contact with distributors
·Sales/key account experience
·Good product knowledge of few product lines
·Certain name & reputation in the industry
·Proficiency in English
·Good Communication Skill
