330238 Sales Engineer
Sandvik Mining, a leading global supplier of equipment and tools, service and technical solutions for the mining industry. The offering covers rock drilling, rock cutting, rock crushing, loading and hauling and materials handling. In 2012 sales amounted to about 37,800 MSEK, with approximately 14,000 employees.
The position would directly report to Business Manager.

Key performance areas:
· The Sales Manager/Engineer is responsible for the product’s regional sales.
· Responsible for the customer satisfaction and equipment performance over its lifetime.
· Keep up to date in relation to competitor product development and competitor product performance.
· Build strong relationships with customers and local partners.
· Develop and manage distributors.
· To be in charge of the compilation of tender documentation, pricing strategies, and the supply of marketing material.
· Visit customers in conjunction with the support team to provide in depth product knowledge. This will include developing direct customer relationships with clients and to help the aftermarket teams to trouble shoot technical problems.
· Provide regular and timely feedback to business Manager.
· Provide input into strategic plans for the continued expansion of the product line for Underground Drill Rigs.
· Coordinates data from the market for analysis, research and design engineering for the successful development of new product offerings.
Your profile:
· University Degrees
· Good contact and knowledge in the industry
· Strong Sales Experience and related background in mechanical or mining
· Certain name & reputation in the industry
· Good command of English for Spoken and Written
· Good Communication and computer office application Skills
· Passion to Win, Customer Focus, team spirits, Innovation, Open mind, fare play
