Position Title: SQE – Sandvik JV in Shandong

Location:Xintai, Shandong, China

Report to: SQ Manager

Key responsibility:

Implement supplier audit and follow up development action.

？ Execute components qualification process.

？ Execute process qualification before mass production.

？ Tracking and reporting supplier performance and define developing plan.

？ Implement supplier development action, including training.

？ Support on execution to suppliers of Sandvik EHS policy, objectives, environmental control procedure and environmental regulations.

You Your profile:

Over 5 years’ experience in quality management,have knowledge of casting/steel /forging/commercial parts.

Familiar with supplier qualification,component qualification,quality process qualification and continues supplier development.

Experience with mining machinery industry or similar.

Excellent organizational development skills required.

Excellent communications and team skills required.

Good spoken and written English.

Bachelor degree in Mechanism/Automation or related fields in engineering.

Master’s degree preferred.
