EQ Administrator

Sandvik Mining, a leading global supplier of equipment and tools, service and

The position would directly report to: Asset Management Mgr

JOB PURPOSE:

The EQ and Warranty is responsible for the service and support of SMC internal and external customers. The key aspect of responsibility is aftermarket support, knowledge of customer requirements and the finding of solutions to satisfy those needs to maximise profitability.

Key Performance Area:

·Provide technical support to aftermark business; including visiting customers in conjunction with the service team to provide in-depth product knowledge.

·Collect and archive customers’ equipment information and service documents from service engineers.

·Collect and archive equipment technical documents.

·Register the claim to homebase or supplier and tracking the handling situation and feedback the status to reporter. Handling the claim parts to customers. Provide the claim handling monthly report.

·Register the service engineer travelling record to Aurora system EQ module to compensation the service cost and provide the report.

·Travelling is required to assist in technical meetings, training, investigating and commissioning.

·Provide regular feedback to site technical support manager / site service Manager / aftermarkt director.

Your profile:

·Majoring in mechanical engineering, electric or related mechanical background is prefered.

·More than 2 years experiences in mechanical engineering industry.

·Good attitude on customer service.

·Good communication skill, sometimes as the role of trainer.

·Good English writing and speaking skill.

·Computer systems literacy is essential.

·Willing to travel.
