The position would directly report to Order Desk Manager, below please refer to the job description:
JOB PURPOSE
The order desk specialist is to ensure order fulfillment through daily order to contract activities and close interaction with various departments, e.g. sales, inventory, logistics, finance, and etc.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
? Receive and archive the official sales contracts & orders from sales team.
? Sales order handling and fulfillment in Aurora system, and shipment arrangement.
? Urgent and Special orders handling
? Coordinate the communication with sales team and logistics/ Distribution to track the goods arrival & re-allocation (Regular meeting and outstanding report update)
? Work with finance to mail VAT after goods delivery in accordance with the customer’s requirement.
? Make outstanding report termly with FG inventory statistics, push sales for order delivery and sales order update timely (SO due date update and inventory de-allocation or re-allocation)
? Work with team member and cross functions to continual improve order fulfillment process and the relative operation guideline.
? Keep good self-management and operation efficiency, strictly comply with company finance and the other management policy and regulation in daily operations
? Execute team backup plan and the other jobs assigned by team leader and line manager.
Your profile:
? College degree or above.
? 3-5 year experience with good business operations knowledge.
? Good communication and interpersonal skills.
? Strong sense of responsibility, willing to work under hard pressure and overtime if necessary
? Good motivation, self-reliance, integrity and emotional stability
? Proficiency in English.
? Good at ERP system and office skills
? Experience in order desk operations and basic import/export trade knowledge are preferred.
? The similar working experience in logistics or trading industry or the related manufacture industry is a plus.
As a person you are proactive, self-motivated and one with lot of initiative, courage and integrity and a business minded, result oriented attitude. You also have strong communication skills and can work in an English environment.
