对电器部件，电器产品进行检查，保证没有缺陷流入到客户手中
和相关部门一起，对发现的电器问题缺陷进行整改
收集相关质量数据，完成检验报告
及时有效地反馈和沟通质量问题，指导生产部门进行改善
辅助工程师对产品制程进行监控
职位要求:
技术类学校毕业，电器专业，矿山设备电器优先
具有电器检测设备操作经验，重工行业优先
善于沟通表达，具有团队工作精神
能看懂英文图纸
理解6-sigma,基本质量知识和QC统计工具
具有在电机，变频器，电器控制柜企业工作经验，或接触过相关产品的安装和操作
5年以上工作经验
具有高压电操作的相关国家资质证书
三坐标检验工作职责：
-.根据作业指令和图纸，操作三坐标完成零部件或产品检验，根据生产作业计划确定检验工作的优先权。
- 依据复杂图纸和零部件或产品，编制检验工艺。设计合适的检验工具用于复杂零部件的检验。
-运用及时菜单、数字代码、及基本的程序语言，编制CMM零部件检验操作程序。
-以正式报告形式收集整理来自CMM三坐标的检验数据，以及与不同部门沟通。
-建立维修部件数据文件，使用统计程序分析控制检验数据，支持各部门的行动。或者根据检验报告，建议操作工如何调整机器。
-根据要求，采取行动纠正三坐标故障。制定和实施较低技术水平的维护保养，诸如：光栅刻度尺的清洁以及轨道清洁。制定实施预防保养程序。
- 测头定期的重复校验，与制造厂商服务人员现场沟通，协助三坐标设备故障的及时解决。
-根据要求，培训新的操作员工及程序编制。
-控制来自久益内部或者供应商的不合格品，确保执行有效矫正措施
-会使用一般手检检具，如内外径千分尺，粗糙度块，卡尺等；
-完成检验报告及检验日志.
任职要求：
-机械专业或者机械测量专业
-具备中英文口语和书写能力优先，技术方面
-大型技术和制造企业质量部门工作经验
-至少3－5年三坐标编程及操作工作经验
