Primary Job Functions
1. Financial Accounting:
? Prepare monthly financial reports including variance analysis to budget in required format and within the assigned deadlines
? Prepare yearly budgets and monthly reforecasting as required
? Complete journal entries, bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations.
? Perform monthly, quarterly and yearly closing functions. Maintain subsidiary ledgers as assigned
? Maintain review, assessment and documentation of internal controls in such a manner for both internal and external audit review
2. Tax/Statutory Compliance:
? Ensure all local tax and statutory reporting requirements are met and adhered to
? Assist with all global tax and statutory requirements
3. Treasury:
? Manage local banking relationships and execute all required banking transactions required
? Provides cash flow projections and performs other Treasury functions as required
4. Management Accounting:
? Prepare and develop appropriate management reporting that will assist local team manage and grow business
? Maintain production data and yield data
? Provide support to managers and employees within the new business venture
5. Capital Expenditure:
? Preparation of annual capital budget
? Complete capital request forms for approval prior to capital spending
? Tracking and reporting of capital spending against capital budget
? Maintaining fixed assets register
6. Systems development and process Improvement
? Develop accounting, control and management systems that will improve business reporting and business processes
? Review and assess processes for opportunities for improvement both leading and supporting implementation of new processes. Work across the teams as required to support process improvement efforts
7. General
? Represent the business in an ethical and professional manner in all interactions with co-workers, vendors, governmental agencies, and customers and ensure the confidentiality of all financial, proprietary and confidential information
? Performs other duties as instructed by direct and indirect managers

Core Competencies
1. Technical
? Relevant experience in a professional accounting environment
? Sound technology skills, including advanced Microsoft excel skills
? Solid understanding of Chinese tax and statutory requirements
? Solid understanding of GAAP and accrual accounting principles
? Post graduate accounting qualification
? Experience in a production/farming based organization
? Fluent in English, both written and spoken

职位要求：
1、会计、财务、金融相关专业本科以上学历；
2、具有会计师资格证，8年以上财务经验，3年以上外资或合资企业财务经理经验，熟悉GAPP；
3、熟悉中国的税收以及财务相关法律；
4、熟练应用Excel表；
5、英语听说读写熟练，能与总部财务部门用英文交流；
6、有农业行业财务工作经验的优先考虑；
