Position Summary
For organizations in scope at NiM, manage benefits programs aligned with Corporate HR and CoC Guidance as well as compliance with local regulation in order to create competitive advantage and ensure that this will support the business in attracting, retaining, and motivating our talent accordingly.
A day in the life of...
'- Understand market prevalent practices and diversified needs towards benefits program
- Analyze benefits programs (medical, pension, welfare, short term/long term diability, accident etc.) competitiveness, assess benefits effectiveness, explore the opportunity for further improvement.
- Manage vendors for effective implementation of benefits program, ensure the smooth and efficient process
- Manage effective communications with employees about new/updated benefits program
- Support Market to track the benefits costs.
- Advises line managers and employees on questions about job grading. Identifies where positions need their grading to be revisited and provides inputs to China for China CoC on grading requests.
- Ensure full internal controls in the remuneration area, including ensuring correct accounting treatment of plans, tax/legal compliance, and arranging cross-charges as needed
- Support markets/sub-sections in effectively tracking costs of Total Rewards per employee
- Support the maintenance of employee database on SF-SAP for compensation info types.
- Communicates Rewards offerings to maximize employee appreciation and delivers training/orientation with the support of HRBPs to increase understanding
*Benefits work is a specialized area of Rewards focusing on benefits program design, management, and analysis including: ?Benefits program design (e.g., health and welfare, retirement, etc.) ?Benefits plan management (e.g., retirement, life insurance, short and long-term disability, accident coverage, medical/dental/vision/prescription drugs, job-related perquisites, etc.) ?Benefits coverage evaluation, benchmarking, and cost analysis ?Communication (e.g., guidance on benefit program features, plans, and options to employees and management) ?Vendor management (e.g., insurance and pension brokers, consultants for program design advice, etc.)
What will make you successful
University Degree level education or equivalent.
Experience in different HR areas of at least 2 years’ experience in Human Resources （C&B experience is a must) in Nestlé or within another FMCG.
Hands-on experience in Benefits management is preferred
Strong knowledge of local employment law & labor regulations and fiscal aspects affecting total rewards.
Strong knowledge of key benefits areas.
Good interpersonal skills.
