岗位概要

Responsible for managing and developing NHS business in targeted cities, areas or key accounts assigned by line manager, establish good relationship with the these accounts and key stores.
Enhancing NHS Brand & Products awareness, cooprate with 3rd party sales force to visiting and training clients in detail stores according to the plan, Or doing these by himself/ herself in key account stores.
Organizing and launching marketing activities in retail stores by cooperation with 3rd party sales force to visiting and training clients in detail sotres,Or doing these by himself/ herself in key account stores.
                        

工作覆盖范围

1. In charge of developing, maintaining and managing retail stores in assigned cities, areas or key accounts. Managing distribution, display, inventory management in retail stores.                 

2. Responsible for products knowledge training in targeted  cites, areas, key accounts., Enhancing NHS Brand & Products awareness among clients.                

3. Making visit plan according to the sales target monthly and visit clients according to the plan.                

4. Organizing marketing activities in retail stores according to the plan.                

5. Establishing good relationship with the targeted  cites, areas, key accounts., provide market feedback.                

6. Providing sales forecast suggestion for distributors and DCM, according to the acuter sales.                

7. Assisting goods delivery and payment collection of distributors. Assisting DCM/RCM in negotiation and business co-operation with chain store.                

8. Responsible for handling products quality complaints.
