未来负责大连和韩国分公司的所有HR业务。
要求全日制本科以上学历,15年左右HR Generalist经验,有外企share service center任职经历,韩英双语精通。
有share service center前期筹建经验或熟悉韩国劳动法规优先考虑。
? Be a commercial HR Business Partner to Dalian site manager (location Ascendas software park) and Korean management team (located in Seoul);
? Be an active contributor in developing the Dalian SSC into a leading and successful organization driving the APAC region forward and meeting its goals;
? Ensure by liaising with business owners, strong/balanced team structures in the Dalian organization in terms of skill level, seniority level, language capability, etc
Recruitment
? Own and drive Dalian recruitment by hitting SLA’s around time to hire, quality of hire and attrition
? Ensure alignment up-front with APAC management around job requirements in terms of hard skills, language and softskills
? Build strong interview/candidate selection capability on team leader and management level together with other APAC and central HR teams
Learning & development
? Build balanced training plan for associates together with Learning and Development team (Beijing & UK) for each function and cross-functional
? Ensure appropriate training & development during on-boarding process of new recruits
Engagement
? Ensure associates across departments are engaged with the business they support & the other locations they support
? Develop together with business an associate engagement plan measured through association satisfaction scores in annual engagement survey
Process:
? Taking ownership of all aspects of the employee life-cycle, engaging and partnering with other HR partners where required both within APAC and centrally
? Responsible for the identification and management of employment based legal issues and liabilities.
? Aligned with other HR team members in APAC, increasing the use of our ERP Successfactors as a way to manage talent by our associates
? Ensure correct payroll processing
? Manages relationships with key institutions, including but not limit to local government authorities (e.g. Labor department, tax office and etc.), Associations (HR Managers Association), Schools and Universities.
Skill / Knowledge Requirement
? 5 to 10 years of in HR role with experience in business partnership and recruitment preferable in a Shared Service Centre or Business Support Centre
? Experience during the start of a Shared Service Centre or Business Support Centre is a plus
? Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external associates in English, Mandarin and Korean
? Proven experience working within a matrix management structure and handling multiple activities at the same time
? Good knowledge and understanding of local labor law
