职位描述：
工作职责
- 参与公司咨询项目，配合项目主管进行技术咨询工作；
- 参与项目设计、客户访谈、数据分析及报告撰写等项目工作
- 项目内容包含管理， 项目管理以及项目设计， 数据分析，生产、管理以及开发过程的流程优化，供应商管理， 质量管理（包含SixSigma），变革以及重组管理，供应链重组，工程以及测试服务。
- 与客户、项目主管保持良好的沟通，为项目提供优质的技术支持服务；

职位要求
- 大学全日制本科学历，通信工程,电子信息工程等电子机械类工科专业优先；
- 三年以上相关工作经验（汽车、航空、通讯以及制造业）；
- 英语流利（会德语者尤佳，非必要）；
- SixSigma, VDA6.3 认证优先；
- 可接受出差；
- 思维逻辑清晰缜密，责任心强，认真负责，并有较强的沟通协调能力及语言表达能力；

Your tasks
- Project management and planning
- Analyze given situations, define and implement solutions
- Process analysis, redesign and implementation
- Introduction of quality methods, cost-optimization, supplier evaluation
- Support our clients methodically, conduct and moderate workshops and actively drive changes
- Work with a high level of self-responsibility

This qualifies you for our team
- At least Bachlor’s degree in mechanical engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics or related discipline
- At least 3 years related work exprierence in the field of telecommunication, automotive or aviation industry
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- A knowledge of Germany will be an advantage, but not necessary
- Certificated with SixSigma or VDA 6.3 will be an advantage
- Strong communication skills, team player, accuracy, reliability and flexibility
- Willing to travel
