2、大学本科以上学历，2年或以上COBOL编程工作经验，计算机或相关专业；
3、有高度的责任心、较强的学习能力、良好的沟通合作能力；
4、具备1年以上银行IT开发经验，熟悉银行业务中的存款、贷款、结算等相关基础业务更佳；
5、具备以下技能更佳：熟练掌握OS/390、CICS、DB2、VSAM、JCLVision+、CACS等；
6、英文良好。
