岗位职责：
1.按照热处理操作规程，操作网带式热处理自动生产线，完成热处理作业；
2.按照要求，在生产过程中进行设备的巡检工作。
3.按照要求，对热处理产品的生产质量进行过程控制，进行相应的硬度等检验。
4.及时填写设备巡检记录等生产文件。
5.热处理设备的日常维护和定期的月度保养工作。
6.日常的岗位区域内的5S工作。
7.主管安排的其他事情。
任职要求：
1、高中或中专以上学历；
2、3年以上热处理设备操作经验，能够较数量使用电脑；
3、熟悉热处理设备及保养，能进行简单维修；
4、工作踏实刻苦，责任心强；
5、有电工本者优先考虑。
6．身体健康，可适应倒班。
