职位描述

岗位职责

1,Responsible for design transfering work, develop electrical process and inspection document providing guideline to manufacture、assembly、aging、debugging and etc, and keep improvement;

1，承担从设计到生产的转移工作，从事产品加工、装配、老化、调试等电子工艺和检验文件的开发工作，并持续改进；

2, Responsible for the works of surpervising production line and training, provide supporting on line, analyze and solve the defect on line with R&D together;

2、承担生产过程的技术指导、培训工作，对生产过程进行在线技术支持，并和研发部协作分析解决在制不良品；

3, Responsible for the analysis of returned products failures in electrical major, and give suggestion to products improvement；

3、承担成品返修的电子类失效技术分析工作，对产品的持续改进提出相应意见和建议；

4, Responsible for the development of new process, verification of engineering changing with R&D together;

4，从事产品新工艺的开发工作，和研发部协作对技术变更实施必要的验证工作；

5. Responsible for quality & production efficiency data collection and record down，as part of data base.

5. 负责质量和生产效率问题收集整理，作为数据库的一部分。

岗位要求

1, Technical secondary school or above degree, major in electronic engineering, instrumentation or automation;

1、电子工程、仪器仪表或自动化专业背景，大专及以上学历；

2, More than 3 years related working experience about electrical process development, has good knowledge of electric circuit theory, familiar with the application of common electrical elements;

2、3年以上电子产品工艺开发工作经验，有良好的电路原理基础，熟悉常用电子元器件的应用；

3, Has experience in the electrical assembly、debugging、 and electrical cabling of instrument, prior to the candidate having skill of electrical products reliability;

3、有机电类仪器的电气装配、布线、调试等相关经验,有电气产品可靠性工作经验者优先;

4, Has good hands-on ability, activity to works, has good skills in communication and team cooperation;

4、动手能力强，主动性高，有良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神；

5, Familiar with EDA tool software like cadence or protel; has good ability of writing technical reports;

5、熟悉cadence或protel等EDA工具软件；具备良好的设计文档撰写能力；

6, Understand quality requirements of new products development, know about basic knowledges of APQP and familiar with FMEA is a plus.

6、理解产品研发过程中的质量控制要求，了解APQP基础知识和熟悉FMEA等过程控制手段者更佳.
