Archibat HR Asia is currently looking for Mid/Sr. Interior Designer for a well-known UK retail consultancy company, with offices in Shanghai, Paris, London, Moscow, Melbourne, focusing on Commercial Retail Developments across China & Worldwide.
岗位职责
Roles and responsibilities
1. 根据客户要求了解项目的整体感念及意图
Coordination of customer’s briefs and ensure we have a good interpretation of the project intent.
2. 新进项目的整体概念设计及购物经验的理论设计
Creation of new store concepts and new shopping experiences rationale.
3. 完成所有设计阶段的各项任务
Execution of the necessary activities throughout all design stages.
4. 协调完成Shopworks中国及其他区域办公室的设计任务
Coordination of Design jobs between Shopworks China and the other Shopworks officies
5. 与客户保持良好关系，确保提供高质量的关于设计方面的服务
Liaising with customers whenever necessary and ensure we have a high level of customer satisfaction (design wise) at all times
任职资格
Qualifications
1. 5—10年零售设计，展会设计及类似设计领域工作经验
5-10 years of experience in retail design, exhibition design or similar practice
2. 熟悉设计的整个流程包括概念创立，概念开发及可视化，施工图，结构图，施工进程跟进及供应
商联系及维护。
Skills cover all stages of the Design process: concept creation, concept development and visualization,
working drawings, construction drawings, construction follow up and supplier liaison.
3. 中英文流利，与国际团队与当地客户及供应商进行良好的沟通
strong proficiency in Chinese & English languages for daily communication with our international
offices and local clients and suppliers
4. 熟练使用Vektorworks or Sketchup, Autocad, Adobe CS等办公绘图软件，会3D max者优先考虑
Software skills cover Vektorworks or Sketchup, Autocad, 3D max(preferable), Adobe CS, Microsoft
Suite.
