职位描述：
工作职责：
1、建立、健全集团法律事务管理体系和制度流程，统筹、组织和领导集团法律事务工作。
2、为集团日常经营业务和重大决策提供法律咨询/支持，风险分析，为管理层提供决策参考。
3、参与商务谈判，起草和审核公司合同、外发函件等各项法律文件，组织制定、完善和实施标准合同。
4、负责重大资本运作项目的方案设计、评估、分析及研究并提供决策支持的专业法律意见。
5、负责重大投、融资及兼并收购、私募基金、资产重组等资本运作项目的法律谈判、尽职调查、审核法律文件等全程支持服务。
6、负责重大合同的谈判、起草、审核并监督合同履行。

任职资格：
1、中英文流利，法学相关专业本科学历起，具有律师执业资格或法律职业资格。
2、5年以上专注投融资、兼并收购业务的律师或公司法务职位经验；有跨境项目经验者优先。
3、熟悉国内外有关法律法规和实践。
4、出色的沟通协调能力、综合分析判断能力和谈判能力。 举报 分享
