职位描述：

§ 熟悉酒店布局，完全了解各防火及人身安全系统，网络系统，各设备及程序的功能。

To be fully conversant with every detail of the properties layout, location and functions of all Fire, Life Safety Systems, Networks, Equipment and Procedures

§ 维持一支专业的保安工作队伍，确保其有能力处理各种情况和突发事故。

To maintain a professional team of Security Officers, capable to deal with any situation and emergency.

§ 能解释当地法律法规，确保其有能力处理各种情况和突发事件。

To be able to interpret local legislation and adopt in a manner which is suitable for the properties operation.

§ 调查处理来自客人，来访者及酒店员工的各种有关事件，包括偷窃，意外事故，人身伤害，财产损失，各种破坏及入侵行为。如有必要，请求当地公安部门协助。

To handle investigation and report all claims regarding thefts, accidents, injury, property damage, vandalism and trespassing from either guests, visitors or hotel personnel with the assistance of local police if necessary.

§ 处理所有有关对外的任务，并作出合理有效的判断。

To handle all tasks with diplomacy, tact, appropriate discretion and efficiency.

§ 建立和维持一套有效的监控机制，对所有进出酒店出入口的承包人，供应商和酒店员工进行监控。

To establish and maintain a control mechanism to monitor the movement of all contractors, suppliers and employees leaving or entering the property through entrances and exits.

§ 与人事经理保持联系，不定期、定期对员工外带包裹和更衣柜进行检查。

To liaise with the Personnel Manager on frequent employee baggage checks and periodical locker searches.

§ 与安全部经理和培训部经理建立一套行之有效的有关防火及职业卫生、安全的课程体系，确保其实行和不断更新。

To establish with the Security Manager and Training Manager a helpful and effective in-house training course on Fire Prevention and Occupational Health and safety; to ensure its implementation and periodical updating.

§ 对新员工进行防火消防安全的培训，确保新员工对其工作与消防安全紧密相连。

To ensure that a method for training of all new staff members in Fire Prevention / Fire Fighting Procedures is performed and relevant to their position.

§ 发展和建立一套有效的人流控制体系，使其运用于酒店开展展会工作及其他相类似的活动。

To develop and establish crowd control methods for the property when exhibitions, functions or any other similar activity is taking place on the property

§ 记录和严格控制酒店所有万能钥匙，如发生任何异常情况应立即报告安全部经理。

To record and strictly control the issuing of all master keys within the hotel and to report any discrepancy immediately to Security Manager.

§ 检查每日工作进度表，并对保安员轮流值班，巡逻等工作进行分配。

To oversee the preparation of daily work schedules and issue / post / patrol assignments to Security Officers for the duration of their shift.

§ 将酒店内、周边的未列入巡逻区域的客人楼层，公共区域，餐厅，办公室等区域，作为重点列入警卫手册。To co-ordinate ongoing “non patterned” patrols of guest floors, public areas, outlets, offices and all other areas within – and around the property as specified in the Security Operations Manual.

§ 检查所有保安员提供的工作报告，确保其信息完整精准并跟进。

To review all reports prepared by Security Officers to ensure complete information, relevance, accuracy and follow-up points.

§ 为每日巡视制定一套体制分配政策，并及时准确地进行调整。

To maintain a systematic distribution policy for all routine patrol and reports to accommodate prompt management review.

§ 保证酒店各出入口，车道每日畅通，无交通堵塞，也包括酒店大堂入口及广场区域。

To ensure the frequent monitoring of all entrances, exits, and driveway movements are flowing smoothly and without jams or interruptions. This includes the Hotel Lobby Entrance and Porte Couche Areas.
