职位描述：
KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:
1. The candidate is expected to have deep understanding of in vivo electrophysiology, especially in EEG and EMG, to take responsibilities in collecting data and analyzing data.
2. The main related responsibilities include but not limit:
? designing, validating, executing and troubleshooting in vivo electrophysiological experiments of EEG and EMG recording
? supporting the group leader on literature search and experiment design, execution
? leading and coordinating client project
? drafting proposal, protocol, completing lab book and data analysis, report writing
? communicating with international and domestic clients
? hand-on training on new staff

主要岗位职责：
1. 熟悉内电生理实验，特别是脑电及肌电记录，完成数据采集和分析；
2. 主要职责包括但不局限于：
? 设计，开展体内电生理实验，特别是EEG和EMG数据采集和分析，解决试验中出现的问题；
? 协助组长完成新技术开发的文献调研和实验设计与执行
? 负责和协调客户项目实验；
? 起草实验方案，数据分析，认真完成实验记录，起草报告等；
? 与国内外客户沟通；
? 培训新员工；

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Master degree in pharmacology, biology or animal medicine
2. A thorough understanding of sleep and epilepsy mechanisms
3. Relevant working experience in in vivo EEG and EMG recording and data analysis
4. An ability and hands-on experience in rodent animal surgery, data collection, data analysis.
5. A strong ability in team working and learning new acknowledge.
6. An ability to independently generate precise, reliable data and skillfully analyze and interpret it.
7. Good written and oral communication skill in both English and Chinese

? 药学、动物医学、生物或相关专业硕士毕业；
? 熟悉睡眠及癫痫发病机理；
? 具有一定体内电生理，EEG和EMG记录和数据分析经验；
? 具有独立进行啮齿类动物手术能力，电生理数据采集及分析能力；
? 具有强烈的团队意识，以及较强的学习能力；
? 能独立完成实验数据采集和分析；
