Position Summary
The key role is using data analysis result to support supply chain planning, custom clearance and sales order management. Make sure monthly reporting on time and accuracy. Data analysis to support supply chain three years’ plan.

Key Responsibilities

1, Monthly Reporting and data analysis
？Create monthly Sales KPI report and analysis to find gaps and causes.
？Consolidate monthly Supply Chain KPI report each month, data analysis and action plans.
？Create Weekly sales report and forecast report to drive sales meeting target.
？Create bi-weekly Sales Funnel report and ranking to support business growth.
？Create monthly distributor’s inventory report to analysis business healthy status.
？Create monthly Management review report to support operation review
？Create monthly Inventory analysis report to help planning team optimize inventory level

2, Supply Chain data analysis and support for initiative optimize project
？Analysis all supply cha in data including logistic, warehouse, order, inventory and custom clearance.
？Find out opportunity to optimize
？Analysis project cost, saving and workload to find out the root cause.
？Follow up project management and tracking.

3, Custom Clearance documentation preparation
？Prepare all relative custom clearance documents.
？Tracking custom clearance process and follow up with our broker

5, Sales order management
？Manage distributer order and make sure on time picking in system
？Make foreign trade order with distributer and follow up payment
