职位描述：
Purpose of the Job：
Ensure accounting management in ERP system and all material data is accurate, and the equality of actual stock qty and system stock qty. 确保在ERP系统中准确及时登记所有物料的收、发作业，确保实物与帐物一致。

Tasks & Responsibilities：
- Correctly update material moving data and relevant info. into ERP system. 在EPR系统中准确及时更新出、入库及转库记录
- Properly hand over stock out materials to packager. 把出库的物品正确的移交给包装人员；
- Responsible for printing out relevant documents and properly filing and storage. 负责打印相关单据并正确归类、存档；
- Update material in and out information and feedback any unusual cases to relevant internal staff and supervisor. 更新物料的进、出记录，及时把非正常事件反馈给相应的内部人员和主管；
- Participate daily cycle count, monthly and annual stock taking; ensure correct transaction data in system. 参与循环盘点、月度及年度盘点，确保数据在系统中准确更新；
- Ensure the implementation of 5S. 确保5S工作的实施；
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor.其它上级安排的工作。

Qualifications：
- At least middle School. 中专以上学历；
- At least 2-year relevant working experiences. 至少2年相关工作经验；
- Be familiar with ERP system. 熟悉EPR系统
- Understand logistic process and warehouse operation. 理解物流的工作流程；
- Good attitude towards working. 良好的工作态度；
- Patient , careful , responsible and hard work. 耐心、仔细，有责任心，能吃苦；
- Willingness to perform and result orientation. 积极肯干；
- Ability to work under pressure and over time work. 能够承担压力，并且可以加班；
- Good interpersonal skill. 良好的沟通技巧；
- Integration and contribution in team. 有团队合作精神；
- Chinese(native speaker) 中文流利；
