职位描述：
工作职责：
1、根据公司业务需求，负责公司产品的技术选型、架构搭建，对现有架构进行升级，分析现有系统的瓶颈，提高系统性能；
2、负责公司产品平台核心功能模块设计、核心代码开发等工作；
3、解决系统出现技术性问题；
4、主导项目关键技术问题的攻关，协助开发人员对技术问题进行跟踪；
5、对开发团队进行技术指导和培训。


职位要求：
本科，软件工程或计算机相关专业
倾向于4~6年软件开发相关经验

1、理解架构设计的目标、原则及取舍；
2、熟悉架构模式；
3、精通面向对象技术和分析技能；
4、熟练掌握MySql/Oracle/DB2数据库，至少熟悉其中一种数据库优化
5、精通各种主流应用高并发架构，熟悉各种开源的消息中间件技术等；
6、深入理解Spring、mybatis、dubbo, netty等框架的设计思想和实现方式,精通分布式、多线程等高性能架构相关开发技术；
7、精通主要（Tomcat/redis/nginx等）的配置和使用，熟悉Linux操作系统；
8、了解Web应用的性能瓶颈和调优方式；
9、良好的沟通协调能力，团队合作精神和执行力，思路开阔，积极上进，不断学习。 举报 分享
