1. Responsible for all daily accounting process of the plant, ensure daily process and accounting records complying with local regulations and group standards, including reporting; taxation; credit control; accounts payable and receivable; inventory, etc.
2. Assist to maintain and develop a proper financial system including analysis, internal control, budgeting and forecasting, provide findings and recommendations to the top executive team, assist to ensure all required reports are submitted accurately and on time.
3. Assist to analyze the revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to forecast its short, medium, and long-term cash flow position; assist to evaluate and recommend investments, and other financial instruments that will meet these cash flow needs; assist to advise top management on financial matters and on the potential impact of current and future laws and regulations from operation's perspective of the plant.
4. Lead, direct, evaluate and develop financial staff to ensure the plant's accounting activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and in line with relevant regulations, laws and standards; set up measurable and progressive working targets for subordinates and design proper training plan for them to motivate their positivities.
5. Assist to provide technical expertise and advice on financial affairs to functional or operational areas managers to help them develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports and requirements, manage their financial responsibilities.
6. Other multitasks assigned by the line manager or top management.
Job qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above and major in accounting, finance; professional accounting qualification is preferred ( CPA, ACCA , etc ).
2. At least 3 years relevant experience in a managerial role and strong in analysis for business opportunities and threads.
3. Solid understanding of accounting framework and tax regulations.
4. Understanding of PRC GAAP and IFRS.
5. Good understanding of internal controls.
6. Strategically mind and strong business acumen are a must.
7. A confident and effective communication with strong interpersonal skills.
8. Effective management style.
9. Good command of English and computer skills, familiarity of ERP system ( I-Scala and SAP is a definite advantage ).

Report to plant finance manager directly.
