职位描述：
Purpose
- Manage operationally Commodity Sourcing in China for both APAC and oversea Tenders&Projects .
- Supplier Management: to identify, select and evaluate new/current suppliers with support of sourcing manager. Routine supplier management to identify the risk/weakness of suppliers, secure the supplier development plan to sustain the stable QCD performance of supplier(s)
- RFQ management:, release analyse specifications, select target suppliers, send requests for quotation, technical clarification, negotiate, QCD benchmark, Business Award and finalize contracts then after follow up order execution till Warranty Expiration.
- Key Commodities: interior parts including sheet-metal works, FRP (fiber reinforced polyester), lighting system, box integration, etc.

Position in the Organisation
- Reports hierarchically to the Sourcing Group Manager

Responsibilities
Commodity Sourcing management. In China and in close link with CM and site sourcing team, manage following activities:
- Scouting New Suppliers + Regional Marketing Investigation.
- Supplier development: start & raise business with already homologated & identified suppliers
- RFQ Management: from RFQ release to Business Award, Contract Sign, through Project Execution till Warranty Expiration.
- Ensure Technical Clarification between Suppliers and Technical Expert during RFQ stage also ensures Product Development Technical Clarification during PO Execution Period.
- Continuous improvement plan (QCD responsibility on orders placed in China)
- Coordination with stakeholders such as quality, project team to secure the overall sourcing plan
- Follow Sourcing standard process with using the relevant methods and tools.

Measurement
- Build up matured supplier panel to ensure good QCD performance so as to reduce the cost with the percentage set up in the Objectives Each Year.
- Reach the yearly sourcing spend and saving objective

Requirements
- Strong mechanical Technical Background, BS degrees as a must, MS degree preferred.
- >5 years sourcing experience in global sourcing, Master the relevant knowledge as Mandatory.
- Have certain knowledge on Quality System.
- Teamwork, good communication and coordination skills, knowing how to deal with different culture.
