职位描述：
Overview:
Develops and executes experiments and performance tests. Works closely with design engineers and development teams to identify critical performance parameters. Provides expertise in structured test design, test set-up, metrology, data collection, data interpretation, and statistical analysis. Provides test reports and makes presentations of results.

Job Descriptions:
1. Perform testing to established test plans and procedures.
2. Learn standard testing methods appropriate for use at various stages of the design and development process. Learn product and product cost drivers.
3. Learn and develop proficiency with standard engineering tools. Develop ability to recommend actions for maintaining test progress. Perform basic root cause analysis with support from within department and/or from Engineering. Complete test projects in a timely manner.
4. Perform basic data analysis. Document results in test reports.
5. Does not typically supervise anyone. May provide technical leadership to lower level test technicians.

Requirements:
1. Proficient with computers and experienced with spreadsheet and word processing programs.
2. Effective oral and written communication skills.
3. Good planning and organizational skills.
4. Learns policies and procedures and how to apply them to issues experienced in routine activities. Learns and closely follows established processes and directions.
5. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be acceptable.
