Accounting supervisor

Objectives:
Support Accounting manager to responsible for accounting operations

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Follow IFRS, China GAAP to record AR, AP and GL daily operation into accounting system;
- Support daily accounting operations to ensure all the accounting vouchers are accurate and compliance with finance policies;
- Supervise AP/AR , monthly reconciliation work with Vendor and Customer;
- Liaison with banks and Finance bureau to meet the local statutory regulations;
- General ledger maintenance and review journal vouchers;
- Maintain accounting vouchers and related documents;
- Support accounting manager to provide the monthly/ quarterly/ annually finance reports;
- Supporting documents for the annual audits by the appointed auditors;
- Account Reconciliation after monthly closing;

Skills and Requirements:
- College degree in Accounting;
- Minimum ten years or above of related experience preferable with foreign invested company;
- Solid knowledge of Accounting, strong analytical skills;
- Solomon accounting software experience preferred or SAP software experience;
- Good English communication skills and Mandarin speaker;
- Good command of MS office application;
- Positive working attitude and teamwork spirit;
