?User Research: Work with User Experience Design, Marketing and Monetization team to conduct/collect user researches, including focus groups, persona research, journey mapping research, concept testing, use-ability testing, a/b testing, and more. Be a true Classifieds customer advocate; understand our users’ pain points, needs and wants. Ensure their voice is part of all decisions.
?Product Strategy and Roadmap: Support Head of Product, Emerging Markets in creating product strategies and roadmap by conducting/levering consumer analysis, competitor analysis, company analysis and more. Transforming the business strategies into product strategies; connect business with users leveraging web/app products. Create a strategy that deliver our consumers want, we are good at, and our competitors can’t compete with.
?Product Partnership: Worked with country Marketing and Product Marketing team on alliance or partnerships with local or global players that help enhance the UX, e.g. Uber, P2P payments, etc
?Product Requirements: Ask hard and detailed questions to fully understand the user problems and incentives, form product assumptions, and define minimum-viable-product (MVP) to validate the assumption. Partner with key stakeholders including Marketing, Monetization, Legal, Customer Service teams in Mexico, South Africa, Singapore and more to create solutions to solve users’ pain points or fulfill their needs and wants. Work with Global App team in Portland to influence and co-define the app feature requirements to ensure the product fits well with our emerging market users needs while also align with global benefit. Cooperate with stakeholders across the board within a collaborative, fast moving, and success-oriented culture.
?Product Priorities: Prioritize features based on relative return with consideration of investment. Partner with our highly skilled technology, design and analytics team to discover the right solutions, and create product epic features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira. Connect the dots - be rigorous! Work with Global App team in Portland to influence the priority to deliver most value for our emerging market users.
?Join Agile Backlog Grooming and Sprint Planning sessions with engineers to ensure the solution and priority is right and ensure engineering team involve and aware of the incoming backlogs. Prioritize keeping user value and business value in mind.
?Product Analytics: Work with Analytics team to create business cases, implement tracking, build product performance projections on release dashboards and on-going product dashboards, measure outcomes and keep on iterating towards the optimal solution.
?User Experience Design: Work with User Experience Design team to identify user journey, map out features with the journeys, create UX/UI wireframes, design, and prototype, and work with local markets such as Mexico and South Africa in testing. Work with Global App team in Portland to ensure web and app have similar look and feel, and work with country Marketing teams to ensure product deliver the brand identity and enhance the brand equity.
?Product Development & QA: Work with Scrum Masters, Developers and Quality Assurance(QA) team on developments, further refine requirements when encounter technical blockers or identify better solutions, and join Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-up, Scrum of Scrum, Demo, and Retrospective. Work with Engineering team on Security Testing. Use performance measurement tools to measure load time, crash rate, stability and other technical performance. Ensure the right balance between pragmatism and quality in product development. Make your products real!
?Product Marketing: Work with Product Marketing and country Marketing teams to ensure users are aware of, understand the value of, and know how to use incoming features. Listen to users’ feedbacks by using feedback tools, surveys, app store reviews, customer center calls, Google Analytics, Mixpanels and use those feedbacks for incoming backlogs.
