职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Be responsible for operational and sales work on TV shopping channels, initiate seasonal and annual business plan, include sales plan, business strategy to build and develop TV shopping market.
? Distributor development, management and maintenance,
? Excellent sensitivity and advanced analysis skill on data of Market Share, Budget, Price setting, initiate seasonal and annual sales plan, profit goal and sales strategy.
? Advanced analysis skill on rivals’ performance, to adjust and build new competition strategy.
? Effective negotiation and excellent communication skills. A great team player.
? Manage distributors’ monthly, quarterly KPI ；
? Initiate monthly, quarterly promotion campaign with TV shopping channels；
? Sales promotion cost control on TV shopping channels and distributors, to accomplish PAL goal.
? Accomplish monthly fund re-stream goal.

Qualifications
? Bachelor degree or above;
? > 3 years sales sales experience in TV channel/media area
? Fluency in English, CET4 are preferred 举报 分享
