职位描述：
Project Manager(Print/Packaging)
一、Key Responsibilities：
1. Be the key contact person between client and production teams.
2. Take client briefs and translate them into a workable production briefs.
3. Responsible for execution of client’s packaging artworks briefs.
4. Ensure quality and consistency of produced artworks in accordance with client guidelines and brand books.
5. Act as a troubleshooter and problem solver to the client and internal production teams.
6. Actively manage resource allocation, negotiate project timelines and budgets.
7. Maintain and establish new vendor relationships.
8. Ensure timely and accurate estimating and billing in accordance with financial processes.
9. Pro-actively generate new sales leads and expansion of existing work scope resulting in additional revenue.
10. Use best practices to continuously improve existing processes and workflows.
11. Develop and train existing staff in best practices and processes.
12. Report client and project KPI figures as per client and management requirements.
二、Qualifications：
1. 3-5 years of related experience.
2. Solid understanding of packaging, art-production, prepress and printing process.
3. Strong communication and organizational skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to maintain strong and effective customer and internal relationships.
5. Demonstrated speed and accuracy at work.
6. MS Office, Adobe CS (Adobe Creative Suite).
7. Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.
8. Able to work under high pressure during peak periods.

一、工作内容：
1. 客户和生产项目组之间的重要桥梁。
2. 正确解读客户指示，并将其转化成可供生产的指示方针。
3. 负责执行客户方在包装方面的任务指示。
4. 按照客户的指导方针和品牌的宣传手册确保产品质量。
5. 解决客户和生产团队之间的问题。
6. 合理进行资源配置，积极洽谈交付日期并进行预算管理。
7. 维护并开发新的供应商。
8. 按照财务流程确保及时准确的进行项目评估和计费。
9. 积极主动开发新的销售线索扩大收入。
10. 用最切合的方式提升现有的工作流程。
11. 用适当的方法对员工进行培训和开发。
12. 根据客户和管理需求，定期报告项目的KPI绩效指标。
二、任职要求：
1. 3-5年相关工作经验。
2. 深入了解包装基础/艺术生产/印刷前后的生产过程。
3. 优秀的组织和沟通技能。
4. 优秀的人际交往能力，良好的客户关系。
5. 工作效率高，执行力强。
6. 熟练掌握MS Office, Adobe CS (Adobe Creative Suite)。
7. 适应灵活工作时间。
