用人单位系沪上大型金控集团新设立的消费信贷和小微信贷公司，计划于2017年开业。
主要职责系开拓市场和发展信用贷款业务，带领团队完成公司下达的年度信贷任务 ：
1. 积极开发新客户，维护重要老客户，拓展公司客户群和销售渠道；
2. 深入分析客户需求，开展业务创新， 独立设计信贷解决方案；
3. 制定公司信贷业务发展规划，健全完善和严格执行公司各项信贷制度，严格遵循各项金融法规、信贷政策、原则和规定；
4. 负责管理并参与和客户接洽贷款事项，负责积极拓展市场；
5. 负责贷款发放后管理，确保完成贷款回收、逾期贷款压缩任务；
6. 负责所负责信贷业务团队建设，完成业绩指标；
7. 负责信贷业务部日常全面管理工作，并完成上级领导交办的其他任务。
任职要求：
1. 本科学历起，具有丰富的金融知识和实践经验；
2. 五年以上消费、小微信用贷款业务发展和管理经验；
3. 熟悉金融相关法律法规，独立完成信贷项目方案设计；
4. 具有较强的团队管理能力、组织协调能力、营销能力和业务创新能力；
5. 爱岗敬业、遵纪守法、廉洁自律，强烈的事业心和进取精神。
