Main Responsibilities
Overall Job Function:
Responsible for accounting, budgeting, forecasting, planning, controlling and finance for the ecommerce fulfillment operation within logistics team. Support logistics process management, key performance monitoring, working efficiency control and logistics project management.
Job Responsibility including but not limited to:
? Creates and monitors budgets for Country retail distribution center
? Reviews, evaluates, compares and analyses monthly actual-to-budget results
? Follows up on results and acts on deviations
? Ensures that the business plan within the function is being followed
? Provides management with various reports and analysis’ on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis
? Works with all levels of the retail logistics team and sales team on logistics issues including budgeting, assessment of cost reduction recommendations and comparison of actuals to plan
? Creates, monitors, and evaluates planning on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis with particular emphasis on actual-to-budgeted ratios
? Responsible for collaborating on and influencing 3PL staff planning in partnership with the retail Distribution team to ensure the highest level of operational execution in line with SLA’s and KPI’s
? Responsible for monitoring the 3PL working efficiency, make the weekly, monthly and yearly analysis and push for improvement.
? Creates and implements new reporting tools as needed
? Coordinates various miscellaneous supplier agreements as needed
? Authorizes and negotiates all vendor contracts and / or amendments in partnership with appropriate Retail Logistics Distribution Center Manager
? Partners with all levels within your organization
? Identifies cost savings opportunities and operational efficiency opportunities in an effort to reduce H&M cost in the 3PL pricing structure
? Joins and coordinates logistics and retail DC projects as needed

Requirements
? Education and Experience
? Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or management related field. CPA or CMA a plus
? 5+ years experience in logistics, accounting and finance as a controller or assistant controller
? Preferably experience working in a distribution center environment
? Knowledge and skills
? Advanced PC skills with Excel and Access
? 2-3 years of budgeting experience, including P&L, forecasting, etc.
? Must have up-to-date knowledge and understanding of accounting and finance practices
? Can see big picture and know when to show attention to details
? Team player
? Ability to look at business need and cost consciousness
? Excellent people and communication skills
? Ability to work independently and in a high pressure, multi-personality, fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
? Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload.
? Ability to protect confidential information
? Excellent organizational skills
