Description:
Work with R&D team to identify the UI requirements and convert to detailed requirements for LCD & Touch.
Work with LCD vendor to find the LCD/Touch solution based on the requirements and target cost.
Setup the test plan based on different UI requirements and drives the test case
(eg. Optical/reliability/EMC test)
Work with factory to setup the LCD/Touch manufacturing test case and provide the test guide.
Support VE/CE team to continuously find competitive UI parts for cost saving.
Continuously to drive new UI technology and with new process of UI parts to help NPI team to delivery more competitive products.
Qualifications:
EE bachelor degree or above, or related subject;
experience on LCD manufacturing domain, or LCD products development and test.
Good knowledge of LCD industrial, familiar with LCD panel (TN/STN/TFT) process technology, characteristics of key elements (liquid crystal, filter, polarizer, led backlight, etc ), familiar with LCD related electrical design and assembling technology.
Familiar with LCD optical characteristics and selection principle; well understanding how to select LCD based on different requirements.
Good command of LCD test standard and typical test case, with experience on optical test and reliability test is a plus.
Good knowledge of RTP/CTP technology, such as ITO process and RTP/CTP material characteristics. Familiar with touch IC selection and RTP/CTP tuning and calibration.
Good command of digital circuit design, familiar with leading industrial standard and regulation. (IEC61000/60950/FCC/IC/CE/etc.)
Fluent English in reading and writing. Capable of taking conf meeting in English is preferred.
Good communication and cooperation skills.
