职位描述：
Marketing & Communications Specialist-市场推广专员（英语）
工作职责：
1、 负责品牌的传播和推广；
2、 负责策划、组织、实施、控制、分析、评估、报告Lollipop的市场活动项目。
3、 负责公司新媒体和自媒体的推广工作，增强Lollipop和会员之间的互动，CRM执行。
4、 负责和媒体，杂志，网络等传播渠道建立良好的合作关系，对各类媒体推广项目共同策划并予以跟踪监督。

5、负责市场例子和潜在客户的信息搜集；
6、负责策划、组织及跟踪执行相关市场、宣传活动；
7、积极与婴幼儿品牌合作，开发客户资源；
8、与中心周边商场及社区进行活动的洽谈与合作；

任职要求：
1、本科，2年以上市场推广，互联网传播及CRM经验。
2、形象气质良好，性格开朗；
3、具备较强的创新思维，市场推广活动策划能力、学习能力、沟通能力和组织协调能力
4、有团队意识，积极进取、敢于接受挑战；
5、抗压能力强，有统筹规划能力，工作主动。英语六级以上，有海外教育及工作经历优先

Marketing Specialist(CRM)

Job Description:

On-site Marketing
- Establish and maintain local corporation
- Organize local activity to promote brand awareness and engage target customers

Media Relationship:
- Establish and maintain media database;
- Activate media participation to events, online activities and other communications
- Work with media directly or via PR agency to execute campaigns in order to maximize brand publicity;
- Prepare press release and other brand related copy writing;

Digital communication:
- Maintain brand Wechat contents and activities, plan and execute promotion of activities on both Wechat and brand websites
- Work with online media to optimize brand exposure; eg: online advertising, coop online activities etc

B to B activities:
- Establish and maintain related business(eg: designers; decoration companies and etc.) database;
- Develop cooperation with related business to maximize brand exposure in the industry and increase sales;

Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business/ Marketing/ E-commerce or related discipline;
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Marketing,CRM in an international retail company or PR agency;
- Good analytical, planning and problem solving skills;
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Must be creative, well organized, independent, self-motivated, and proactive;
- Able to work independently and willing to work overtime or in week-end when necessary;
- Highly computer literate with mastery of MSOffice;
