Purpose:
To assist Connectivity Director in set up and managing the section of Manufacturing Execution, Aftersales and Advanced driving
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Supporting Connectivity Director to set up and manage the section of Manufacturing Execution, Aftersales and Advanced driving;
Establishing the competence of Manufacturing Execution, Vehicle diagnostic, SW management Etc. ;
Preparing the program status report and escalating the risk/issue if needed;
Following WM program process and Telematics’ APQP;
Tracking Program Change Request Management;
Qualifications & Experience:
At least 8 years’ work experience in the automotive industry;
Experience in Diagnostic Project is mandatory, which uses Flex ray，Ethernet，MOST technology Etc. in the automotive architecture;
Familiar to MES, DMS, CRM, SW management process of the OEM, have the experience as the chief of the SW management, Diagnostics, MES, DMS program;
Familiar to Quality system TS16949 with good understanding on APQP, PPAP;
Required fundamental Competencies:
Bachelor Degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Electric and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Engineering;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
English proficiency, both written and spoken
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with other departments’ staff in a multi-cultural environment
Good at team work
Motivated, eager to listen, learn and develop
