Job Purpose (General Function, Primary Objective, Important End result)
1. Integrates brand strategy and trade strategy to the consumer, yielding profitable and sustainable category growth. 2.Effectively align brand strategy and execution by functioning as the primary liaison between the sales , marketing and other internal/external functions.
3. Key Dimensions (NES, Sales Area, Marketing Budget, Production Volume, Processing Cost, headcounts,etc)
1.Generate Sales strategy for responsible categories/brands and deliver sales target;
2.Deep analysis on all possible business data to find gap, generate opportunities and learning for further growth (category success model);
3.Generate efficient by channel/NKA by category/brand trade activities together with MKT on time to deliver business objectives. 4.Allocate TM resources, listing/TM/BA/Promo package/POSM ect. to region/channel/KA level to generate designed result. 5.Quarterly trade programs/resource efficiency analysis reports to continuously improve the ROI and generate learning; 6.Monitor the progress on related trade programs, challenge field Sales for excellent execution.
7.Proactive collect and analysis competition information, fast reaction to field in case of necessary;
8.Continuously drive changes on TM management process, high efficiency on planning, approval and reimbursement; 9.Setup category 4P standard by channels as field guideline;
10.Rolling 3 months FC on time delivery to customer service with accuracy rate higher than 80%
11.Control overall budget within full year plan;
