岗位职责

Nesting & Pattern Design Engineer

– Education: Bachelor in engineering/mechanical or similar
– Junior or 1-3 years experience
– Skills: at least basic 2D Cad skills (Autocad) and basic Excel skills.
– Develop blank nest layouts ensuring an optimum material consumption, the viability of our process and a proper construction of the die.
– Carry out and follow up the 3D model reviews.
– Provide commercial support. Analysis of cutting feasibilities for possible new sales.
– Strong interest in machinery (how stuff works) and process-flow engineering
– Prefers to well organize and well structure his work (keep good administration and follow-up of his work)
– Good communication and networking skills as required to work together and discuss with commercial people and with operational people
– Team player
– Knowledge in blanking dies design and development of blanking nest layouts.
– Proficient in CATIA, AutoCAD, Autoform- Easyblank (or similar).
– MS Project.
– Strong Microsoft Office computers skills required 举报 分享
