General Job Description
Retail Manager is responsible for supervising all store operational tasks and leading a high performing team that focuses on solution selling and providing excellent customer service, with the goal of achieving profit targets for the assigned region. He or she also to be responsible for landlord management in own area in accordance with company strategy. Leadership develops, manages, and mentors the Retail Sales consultants in assigned region as well.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual sales strategies and assist on marketing plans development and implementation as needed;
- Liaise between IQAir and mall management team regarding new store opening, renovation, brand promotions, all relevant mall activities, staffing etc.;
- Hiring, coaching, and retaining talented retail sales consultant and setting clear
performance expectations for individual staff;
- Prepares action plans for individuals and teams to ensure effective sales leads and
prospects;
- Ensure the store is well maintained and meets or exceeds company standards for
appearance;
- Maintain store inventory and ensures payment settlement with malls on a regular
basis;
- Conduct sales meetings to establish merchandising, sales and profit objectives;
- Gather data/sales numbers and execution images for timely reports and
sharing;
- Facilitate and provide responsible use by team members of the ERP and CRM
systems.
- Monitor competitor sales performance, promotion and marketing activities and report to line manager.
- Opens new Retail Stores according to Company standards.

Qualification for the Job
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Over 6 years sales experience, at least 3 years in retail Management
- Good in verbal and written Chinese and English
- Good user knowledge of PC software
- Particularly strong analytical, structured and strategic thinking
- Special talent for negotiations and business deals
- Highly self-motivated, integrity, open minded and a team player
- Readiness to travel
