？ Production process workflow design based on LEAN principle
？ Workshop layout design and improvement
？ Manufacturing method creation and improvement
？ EIC crating design
？ BOM and routing creation and modification in ERP system(Sage X3)
？ Production planning and material providing method improvement
？ Design change coordination
？ Equipment maintenance management
？ Lead Kaizen activities
？ Lead Lean project
任职要求：
？ Education
Bachelor degree or above major in industrial engineering is prefer
？ Experience
5 years or more relative working experience in manufacturing factory
？ Skills
？ Industrial engineering
？ LEAN
？ Autocad
？ ERP system, Sage is prefer
？ MS office
？ Languages
