Major Responsibilities:

Manage production personnel: Work allocation, training, and problem resolution
Evaluate employee performance and motivate to achieve peak productivity
Ensure that all employees understand company values and personnel policies.
Responsible for staff adherence and improvement using Lean Manufacturing principles
Maintain and improve process efficiency and quality standards adherence
Recommend optimal production solutions and equipment needs
Develop and update all operations procedure manuals
Maintain a proactive equipment maintenance program
Forecast facility capabilities and manage annual production operating budget
Measure and upgrade standards for all job functions and procedures
Able to implement new Projects/handle Project Management issue
Responsible for the product quality control for the plant and report accordingly
Analyse and implement process flow improvements, to include capabilities for growth

Major Achievements：

Bachelor Degree, majored in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, MBA is preferred;
At least 5 years of Plant Management Experience in Manufacturing principles;
Strong background and understanding of Lean principles required, including formal training.
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize routine job responsibilities;
Ability to work effectively independently and under pressure;
Good communication skills; Good spoken English is a must;
