Title:
Project manager – Visual Merchandising
Mission
We are looking for passionate candidate to join this dynamic China marketing team with the mission of supporting all activities related to the development, implementations and follow up of all BTL activities in all the different channels.
In a fast-paced, start-up environment, the candidate will work in conjunction with the China marketing manager, playing a leading role in the development, implementation, follow up of all customizations projects as well as suppliers and contractors sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
? Suppliers and contractors sourcing and negotiation.
? Leading role in the projects deployment: the project manager will follow the projects from the initial technical design to the daily correspondence with the selected contractor to guarantee the correct implementation of the projects, as well as follow up for maintenance and possible touch-up.
? The nature of the projects is strictly linked to BTL TM activities: visual replacements, in-store and windows temporary customizations, permanent in-store fixtures, pop-up stores.
? Leading role in exhibition design, set-up and dismantling.
? Maintain and improve communication with global TM team for implementation and improvement of the current and future guidelines for the different brands.
Experience
? 3-5 years experience in project implementation
? Design and technical drawing skills
? Experience in eyewear industry is a plus
? Experience in luxury industry or cosmetics is a plus
? University degree or above
Ideal Candidate
? Fluent in Chinese and English (both written and oral)
? Self-motivated and being proactive in a start-up environment
? Strong interpersonal skills and coordination abilities
? Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to details
? Creative and broad-thinker
? Action oriented and with a drive for results
? Ability to multi-task and flexible in accommodating ad-hoc tasks
? Responsible, independent and dependable
? In-depth knowledge of Office Pack (Outlook, Power Point, Word)
? Knowledge of the most common software for design and TD
Location
? Shanghai
? Request to travel in Mainland China (20% of its time)
