Head of Design
一、Key Responsibilities:
1. Fortune 500 clients advertising and marketing materials designed to be localized.
2. Design posters, bus body advertising and website banners and other promotional materials.
3. Follow the Fortune 500 company's brand policy and maintain the integrity of the brand image.
4. Oversee the design quality, to the layout of the operator design direction.
二、Qualifications:
1. Art and Design graduate.
2. 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
3. Good English reading and writing skills.


一、工作内容：
1. 为世界500强客户广告营销材料进行本地化设计；
2. 设计海报，公交车车体广告及网站广告条等宣传材料；
3. 遵循世界500强公司的品牌方针，保持品牌形象的完整性；
4. 高效带领和指导创意团队根据创意简述创作构思，做出符合客户要求的创意概念；向客户阐述创意核心理念，解释设计意图，能够使客户信服；
5.培训、激励并挖掘团队成员的潜能，预见并随时应对公司及客户要求的变化；
6.规范并管理创意服务标准及创意服务流程，监控并保证工作质量及时间进度。

二、任职要求：
1. 6年以上工作经验，3年以上有4A广告公司工作经验，至少2年本职位管理经历，接受过正规的设计方面的训练；
2. 能够独立策划操作项目及提案，高质量高效率完成设计任务；
3.艺术设计专业毕业。
