Responsibilities


Main Objectives


To enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that will upgrade employees’ workplace performance in alliance with company’s core values; responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions.


Key Responsibilities


Development & Training and related activities


1. Utilize knowledge of competency requirements to identify training needs; translate the requirements into trainings; build annual training program and prepare implementation plans within the budget
2. Develop and oversee the production of training manuals, handouts, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
3. Deliver training courses; coordinate with internal and external training providers to ensure appropriate programs development, scheduling and delivery.
4. Asses training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior
5. Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure they reflect any changes
6. Maintain training database; organize signing of Training Agreement and monitor its execution and settlement.


New Employees Orientation


7. Organize and conduct new employee orientation sessions (regular and individual); compile and update New Employee Orientation Brochure and other training materials.


Employee Development Recognition Program


8. Plan and organize Employee Development Recognition Program; lead the pre-assessment sessions, coordinate with members of Evaluation Committee to reach agreement on the short-list and direct the structured assessment; Communicate with the applicants about the assessment results and improvement areas.

Requirements



Basic Requirements


1. Working experience 5+ year working experience in HR area, preferably in training and development
2. Education Bachelor or above
3. English Outstanding listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
4. German None
5. Computer Proficiency in MS Office software, especially excel, PowerPoint and database administration and operation
6. Qualification Certificate of HR Professional is a plus
