Job Summary工作概述:
Corporate Sales is responsible for producing a profitable client base for wine purchases from corporate gifting, corporate hospitality, and premium individual customers.
销售主管主要负责与集团礼品采购客户、公司招待服务相关部门以及购买优质葡萄酒的人士等建立并发展良好的客户关系。
Tasks工作职责:
1. Build New Customer Base 寻找及开发新客户
(1). Identify Target Customers
准确识别和判断目标客户
(2). Pro-actively and aggressively open good quality trade accounts within the defined cellar door sector
积极主动地与公司指定的客户建立并发展良好的合作关系
(3). Cold call target customers to generate sales leads
电话拜访目标客户,达成销售目标
(4). Pitch potential customers on the prestige of wine and wine lifestyle; Pitch Wines products and service and how these differentiate Wines effectively according to Brand Standards
向潜在客户介绍和宣传葡萄酒知识,挖掘客户需求,为客户推荐合适的葡萄酒购买方案。
(5). Network to develop new leads
通过参与各种社交活动寻找潜在客户
2. Corporate Account Management 维护与客户的良好关系
(1). Build and maintain strong relationships with key client decision makers
与公司重要客户建立稳定的联系
(2). Respond to client request in a timely manner; effectively manage client expectations
与客户保持良好沟通,满足客户需求。
(3). Identify potential client issues and address then in advance;Solve customer issues and problems effectively and creatively
预见客户的需求以及销售中存在的问题,并积极有效的解决。
3. Marketing Events市场推广
(1). Participate in wine events, marketing and training activities
参与葡萄酒品牌推广、品酒会、葡萄酒培训等市场推广活动
4. Shop零售门店
(1). Work from the retail shop one day a week
每周在零售门店工作一天
(2). Maintain of the highest quality standards of customer service
维持高质量的客户服务标准
5. Always comply with established company policies and procedures in accomplishing tasks.
服从公司的各项规章制度,完成工作任务
6. Perform other related activities as assigned.
完成销售经理安排的其他任务
General Requirements职位要求:
1. 28 to 40 years of age; Graduated from Senior High School a must plus any tertiary or other higher education a very strong bonus, Proficient in English and Mandarin
年龄在28-40岁之间,高中以上学历,能熟练运用英语和普通话
2. At least 4 years sales experience; experience selling ‘Big Ticket” luxury items(Wine, Real Estate, Cars, Jewelry, Club membership) is a plus
四年以上的销售经验,有奢侈品行业如葡萄酒、房地产、汽车、珠宝、高级俱乐部会员卡等销售经验者优先考虑
3. Experience selling to Chinese government departments, Chinese corporations, Chinese multinationals and Overseas multinational companies
具有与政府部门、跨国集团公司、海外公司销售经验者优先考虑
4. Ability to develop customers from zero to close; Ability and willingness to work flexible hours to meet deadlines
能独立开发和寻找新客户,能接受弹性工作时间以期完成工作目标
5. Exceptional presentation & negotiation skills; Able to identify and qualify target customers
具有出色的销售和谈判技巧、分析判断能力
6. Intimately understands customer service, is able to be creative in problem solving for customer servicing; Extensive customer relationship management skills
良好的沟通能力,能与客户进行有效的沟通
7. Ability to communicate effectively team members; Demonstrated ability to work productively and effectively as part of a team; Positive work attitude, able to work independently and unsupervised
