职位描述：
以热情的工作态度，高效的服务为饭店不同区域提供清洁工作，按饭店的标准最大程度的满足客人需求。

职责义务：

1.按时上班，穿好工服，戴好名牌。

2.提供热情和专业化的服务。

3.维持整洁的个人仪表。

4.根据饭店标准时刻注意个人的卫生。

5.根据饭店标准确保大堂、客梯、烟缸、公共区域、工作间的整洁。

6.对所有设备设施和固定装置进行清洁和监控，如有损坏，立即报告领班进行维修处理。

7.扫地擦地。

8.清洁所有区域卫生间。

9.收集公共区域垃圾。

10.清洁地毯和地面上的污渍。

11.对设备设施进行清洁并进行有效保管。

12.负责办公室的卫生清洁。

13.负责员工更衣室的卫生清洁工作。

14.及时把工作中所捡到的丢失物品送到客房办公室。
