职位描述

Key Responsibilities:

-Directly manage key accounts in assigned territory.

-Lead, manage and be responsible for sales team in the assigned channel.

-Achieve or exceed agreed targets for sales, distribution, cost of sales, A/R control.

-Aggressively pursue new business,by penetrating existing accounts,opening new accounts and implementing

successful promotion and marketing activities.

-Monitor the performance of the team and each individual,following targets and KPIs planned according to the

cascading-down of the company overall target and objectives;facilitate the team members to set up performance KPIs.

-Lead and develop the sales team composed of sales people and sales assistant to achieve and exceed the annual

sales target.

-Analyze the market information to set up the sales plan and sales workforce plan

-Improve the new customer penetration process, maintain and develop the existing customer relationship to ensure

the good customer value position.

-Report and analyze the sales performance by channels,by categories at the regular business with right suggestions

to the management team.

-Balance the sales and promotions of key brands according to the company strategies.

-Demonstrate the professional sales skills and working behavior to influence the team members in a positive way

-Ensure smooth and clear communication within the team.Be the link between his/her own channel and company's other

departments,the Area Director and company's headquarters.

-Create and implement and follow up on promotional activities. Ensure that they are realized on regular basis all

over the customer portfolio.

-Lead the regular team meetings, both team like and individual ones.Report and submit all required reports in a

timely, accurate, and comprehensive manner.

-Stand on the Summergate values and comply with the laws, the regulations and the corporate policies




Key Requirements:

-Bachelor degree or above;MBA is a plus;

-Good command of English and Chinese;

-8+ years experiences in hospitality or sales in 5 star hotel or hospitality industry is a must;

-At least 3+ years managerial experiences;

-Good communication and interpersonal skills;

-Good presentation and management skills;

-Good team player;

-Good wine knowledge is a plus;WSET or other wine related certificate holder is a plus.
