Senior QA tester
(Based in Beijing, R&D Dept, Talend China)

Responsibilities

As part of the Beijing R&D group (100 people) / QA team, the Qualification Engineer will be responsible for testing Talend’s data management application to improve the platform’s quality and stability.

Plan, develop, implement and run test plans and procedures.

Qualification, Integration and Processing/Operations (support)

Design and implement automated test systems for new products with focus on product quality

Installation and maintenance of several technical environments (Operating System, database, application server…)

Work in collaboration with Development team (dispatched in Beijing and France)
Help commercial support team to validate patches before providing to European and US customers

Help team leader to check the functional specification of new features match with the implemented new features

Qualifications

- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Have great interest in software testing and quality.
- Good English, Fluent reading and writing.
- Have software Java development and testing experience， Minimum 1 year JAVA develop experience.
- Have working experience on Java SE, Java EE applications (Tomcat, JBOSS) &
Subversion (SVN)
- Have experience on Linux platforms, Database (Oracle/SQL Server/DB2).
- Defect tracking management (Mantis, Bugzilla) and test software (testlink), Junit
configuration management (Subversion) is a plus
- Knowledge of data integration, ETL, Data quality, Data Profiling, MDM (Master Data
Management) preferred.
- Autonomous, resourcefull and quick learner
- Good communication and cooperation.

高级QA 测试工程师

工作职责：
作为北京100多人的研发团队中QA小组的成员，符合条件的工程师将会负责测试Talend的数据管理应用产品，以提高平台的质量和稳定性，具体职责是：

-制定，发展，执行和运行测试计划和程序。
-资格，整合与处理/操作（支持）
-为保障新产品质量，设计和实施产品自动测试系统
-系统的安装和维护（操作系统，数据库，应用服务器等）
-与在北京和法国的开发团队密切合作
-协助业务支持团队，在产品提供给（欧洲和美国）的客户前，验证补丁以及完善工作
-帮助团队领导检查产品新的功能规格以配合需要实施的新功能

岗位要求：
- 本科或硕士学位，计算机科学或同等学历。
- 在软件测试和质量方面有极大的兴趣。
- 良好的英语，流利的阅读和写作。
- 有软件Java开发和测试经验，至少1年java编程经验。
- 在Java SE，Java EE applications (Tomcat, JBOSS) & Subversion (SVN)方面有
丰富的工作经验
- 在Linux平台，数据库（Oracle / SQL，Server/DB2)方面有丰富的工作经验
- 在缺陷跟踪管理（Mantis, Bugzilla）和测试软件（TestLink）, Junit, 配置管理软件（Subversion）
方面有经验者优先
