To professionally and productively carry out duties assisting in designated areas as assigned by supervisor
Key Responsibilities

1.The hygienic and safe preparation of food in assigned food production areas
在指定的食品加工区域, 按照卫生安全标准准备食品
2.Ensure a five star product is achieved at all times
确保达到5星级的食品标准
3.Demonstrate a proactive approach towards learning and development
在培训及发展方面,展示正确的工作方法。
4. To be aware of food and beverage financial budgets and goals
明确食品及酒水的财务支出及预算
5.Ensure that all food items are prepared as per standard recipe cards whilst maintaining portion control and minimizing waste before and during food preparation
按照标准的食品配方准备食品,份量标准,降低浪费
6.To be able to work with minimum supervision
在最小的监管范围内,自觉工作
7.Ensure that all kitchen equipment is used safely, correctly and is well maintained
保证所有厨房设备安全正确的使用,并定期维护
8.To promptly report any hazards or unsafe working conditions to a supervisor
将工作隐患及不安全工作因素及时汇报给上一级主管
9. Ensure that all relevant buffet / display set-ups are prepared ahead of guest’s arrival and in adherence with hotel standards
确保所有相关的自助餐台在客人到达之前摆放完毕并合乎酒店标准
10.Respond to changes in the culinary department as dictated by the industry, company or hotel
能够适应酒店行业,公司等的变化并做出相应决策
11.To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
