协助餐饮部管理酒吧日常事务确保其有效率顺利运作,按照部门和饭店的标准、程序和管理纪律,来实现本部门在客人满意度、利润收入指标、提高员工士气等方面的目标。带领员工为为客人营造与众不同的服务体验,提供细致周到的餐饮服务,以友好娴熟的专业水准为客人提供出色的餐饮服务,最大限度的令客人满意。协助制定部门进行推广和促销活动的运作计划,带领员工完成部门日常运营和收入的目标。营造和谐轻松的工作气氛,来提高品牌效应和收入。
Job Summary:
Manage in the smooth and efficient operation of the assigned outlet. Operate the outlet under the direction from the F&B as per the standards, procedures and practice managerial principles, in order to achieve departmental goals, in terms of Guest Satisfaction, financial targets, training and high employee morale. Motivate & Empower team to be sure total guest satisfaction by providing consistently excellent uncompromising and bespoke service in a friendly, competent, and professional manner. Promoting a fun work environment and being a team player to increase brand image and outlet revenue.

2.在所在的班次期间,管理餐厅运营事务
3. 承担起上级授予的处理客人特殊需求和投诉的能力,并及时汇报。用可以增进友好、信任和满意的态度与客人交流。 以职业化的态度和形象展示有效的和恰当的对客服务技巧。
4.为员工制定培训计划,并帮助指导其成长
5. 参与计划和制定部门/单位/餐厅的目标和项目。协助饭店不断发展和推广新产品和相关的服务。
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Positively coach, maintain and implement Effective interpersonal skills to establish effective team relations with relative staffs for achieving operation goal, demonstrate effective and appropriate interaction to trust and satisfaction with staffs in a right manner and behavior.
2.Supervise Outlet Operations During Assigned Shifts.
3.Handle special requests and complains, take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints and report to manager. Communication with guests to get guest feedback in a manner which promotes goodwill, trust and satisfaction.
4.Make outlet training plan for coaching and development new staffs growing up.
5.Take part in the preparation and planning and department/unit/outlet goals and objectives. Continually develop sales and promotional strategies for the hotel’s products and services.
