职位描述：
1. Lead/drive technological innovation in the region by initiating & executing application/product development projects in the region.领导和驱动创新工艺应用和产品开发项目
2. Identify local and regional industry trends and customer’s requirements to capture ideas and develop project proposals. 收集分析区域和行业用户的需求信息和趋势，确立研发项目的内容和方向
3. Provide technical recommendations and laboratory support to customers, sales and marketing personnel in the market for the business. 为客户、销售和市场营销提供技术建议和实验室支持
4. 4Provide on-site technical support for the customer, answer technical questions, and provide technical comparisons to competition为客户提供现场技术支持，回答技术问题，为客户提供有技术竞争力的产品和应用
5. 5Support field tests of experimental products and/or new products for commercialization. 支持实验产品和/或新产品的商业化支持现场测试。
6. Work with Regulatory to ensure all products/programs in compliance与政府监管部门合作，确保产品和项目的合规性
7. Work with process engineering to smoothly transfer lab formulas to manufacturing and provide support to QC for product batches complain. 与工艺工程合作，顺利地将实验室配方传递给制造业，并为产品批次的质量投诉提供支持 举报 分享
