Job Responsibilities:
1. Plan and implement all aspects of industrial engineering activities within HMCN, including but not limited to Tack assembly planning and implementation for standard machine assembly;
b) Layout of equipment, office, and production facilities;
c) Time management, optimization of throughput time for products, determination of standard time and continuously make improvement;
d) Conducts studies in operations to maximize space utilization, optimization of workstation and material delivery;
2. Technical support for new product design and launch;
3. Work on improvement of assembly process;
4. HGPS design and implementation (e.g.CIP-process, KPI monitoring) ;
5. Coach, mentor and train IE tools and methods in IE department and other related department

Qualifications Required:

1. Requires a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering,
2. At least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area with a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience;
3. Understanding and application of broad range of industrial engineering tools (e.g. Work measurement,value stream, process mapping, facilities and workstation design, etc.);
4. Proven track record of successful change management accomplishments, implementing and
management continuous improvements, cost reduction programs and other complicated tasks;
5. Strong analytical ability and communication skills
6. Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), and Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, and e-mail skills required.
7. Lean Masters Certificate or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred. 举报 分享
